S&P Cycle:  squat – PULL – press – pull – off

A. squat clean & jerk: 1+1 EMOM for 12 min; you can add weight as you go if needed

B. 5 rounds for time:

  • 15 cal airbike
  • 5 wall climbs
  • 5 deadlifts (315/225)

 

 

CSPORT

A. 20 sec @ each x 3 sets:

B. 40 sec on; 20 sec off x 3 sets:
