Handstand Walks 

DB single arm overhead squats 5/5

PUSH UPS!!!!! 3-5 reps

Glute Ham Raise 3-5 reps

 

B.  For Time

1 mile run

30 burpees

2k row

30 burpees

4k bike

*start with either bike, row, run

CSPORT

A. 5 sets:
5 single leg DL curl to press (each leg)
10 strict press

B. 5 sets:
10 pull ups
4 TGU

C. 4 rounds for time:
200m run
25 sit ups
50 mtn climbers
200m run
25 wall balls
50 DUs
