S&P Cycle: SQUAT – pull – press – pull – off

A. Front Squat: 15 min to build to a heavy double

B. Hero Workout “Paul Pena”

7 rounds, each for time:
100-meter sprint
19 kettlebell swings (70/53 – scale intelligently)
10 burpee box jumps (24/20)
*Rest 3 minutes

 

 

CSPORT

A. 3 sets:
20 alt. DB bench press (10 per side)
AMRAP ring plank in 1 attempt

B. Hero Work out
LOREDO
6 Rounds:
24 Air Squats
24 Push-Ups
24 Walking Lunges
400 m Run
