  • Student Summer Special:  $300 for 3 months.  Available through the end of June for students on Summer break.
  • The CrossFit Regionals begin May 18th.  3 consecutive weekends of competition to decide who will compete in the Games finals in August.  We’ll post here how to watch once it’s announced.

In teams of 2…

A.  10 min (not inc. warm-up) to find max combined clean & jerk total; you may use two bars.

B.  12 rounds for time (one partner works as a time, split work as you like):

  • 10 ring dips
  • 10 knees to elbows
  • 10 power snatches (85/55)

 

 

CSPORT

A. AMRAP in 20 min
5 ball slams
10 lateral plyo pushup over plate
15 situps
*at the start and top of every 4 min, run 200m

B. AMRAP in 15 min
200m row
10yds crab walk or bear crawl
15 air squats
*at the start and top of every 3 min, 1/2 lap heavy farmer’s carry (come up srtairs)
