10 bench press
15 weighted sit ups

400m run + :90 plank

B. 4 sets:
5 SLDL
10 front raise with plate
15 KBS

400m run + :90 plank

C. 4 sets:
5 ab wheels
10 weighted squats
15 Cal row

400m run + :90 plank
