S&P Cycle: squat -pull–press– PULL – off

3 position snatch ( Floor, Hang, High Hang)

find a heavy set for the complex

then 3 sets at 70% of it

B. For time:

50 burpee pullups
50 KBS (70/53)

CSPORT

A. Against a 12 min clock:

80/65 cal airbike
AMRAP with time remaining:

15 push press
20 situps

B. Against a 12 min clock:

2k/1750m row:
AMRAP with time remaining:

8 no pushup burpees
8  box jumps

C. Against a 12 min clock:

big block run
AMRAP with time remaining:

20 lunges
20 KBS
