  • Student Summer Special:  $300 for 3 months.  Available through the end of June for students on Summer break.
  • The CrossFit Regionals begin May 18th.  3 consecutive weekends of competition to decide who will compete in the Games finals in August.  We’ll post here how to watch once it’s announced.

 

 

CROSSFIT

S&P Cycle:  squat – PULL – press – pull – off

A.  AMRAP in 10 min:

  • 6 KB snatches RT (53/35)
  • 6 KB snatches LT
  • 12 KBS

B. For time:

  • accumulate 6 min in plank hold (each time you break = 10 abmat situps)
  • 200 double-unders
  • 100 air squats

 

 

CSPORT

A. 4 sets:
10 DB curl to press
10 DB 2-arm bent over row
10 dips

B. 4 sets:
10 good mornings
10 single leg bridges per leg
10 single leg box squats per leg

C. For time:
Big block run
50 sit ups
40 JPU
30 KBS
20 ab wheels
10 burpee box jumps
