S&P Cycle: squat – pull – press – PULL – off

A. Every 90 sec x 5 sets
1 sq snatch + 1 OHS + 2 hang sq snatches

B. 100 burpees for time
*5 DB sq cleans at the start and EMOM (40/25)

 

 

CSPORT

A. 75 DB thrusters
*at the start and every min = 3 burpees
*10 min cap

B. 3 rounds:
15 pull ups
15 KBS
15 cal bike

C. 3 rounds:
10 weighted step ups per leg
15 GHD sit ups
200m run or row
