CROSSFIT

S&P Cycle: SQUAT – pull – press – pull – off

A. front squat: 3-3-3-3-3 @ 3511 tempo; rest 3-4 min

B. 3 rounds for time:

  • 40 walking lunges
  • 20 deadlifts (205/165)
  • 20 burpees
  • 400m run

 

 

CSPORT

A. 4 sets:
10 seated OH press
AMRAP UB push ups (1 attempt/rd)

B. 4 sets:
10 pvc good mornings @ 3020 tempo
10 pvc OHS @ 3211

C. 3 rds:
run: block, 400m, 200m
15 DB ground to shoulder
15 box jumps
15 dips
15 ball slams
15 lunges ea. leg
