CROSSFIT

S&P Cycle: squat – pull – PRESS – pull – off

A. push jerk: 3-3-3-3-3; rest as needed

B. 3 rounds for time:

  • 25 GHD situps
  • 1 lap heavy object carry*
  • 400m run

*you may use a sandbag, slam ball, stone, or plate, but you must hold it in front of you (no resting object on shoulders).  If you use a stone, be sure and put it down gently if you need to rest (no dropping it).
