  • OCT 6th Anniversary party!  On Friday, Oct 6th, we’re gonna celebrate the 1 year anniversary of RPM Training.  No workouts for this one either…  Just food, drink, and not being sweaty while we hang out for once.  Mark your calendars!
  • Oct. 28th Ghost Pumps intergym comp:  2 person teams, all levels welcome, & costumes MANDATORY!

 

 

CROSSFIT

A.  OHS: 2-2-2-2-2; rest as needed

B. 5 rounds for time:

  • 15 pullups
  • 15 push press/jerk (95/65)
  • 15 cal row
  • rest exactly 1 min

 

 

 

CSPORT

A. 4 sets:
20 reverse lunges off riser (10 per leg)
10 plyo push ups
60 sec plank

B. For time:
40 cal airbike
60 air squats
30 burpees

C. For time:
800m run
60 box jumps
30 KBS
