S&P Cycle: squat – PULL – press – pull – off

A. clean & jerk: 1RM

B. 3 rounds for reps:

  • 1 min double unders
  • 1 min toes to bar
  • 1 min power clean & jerk (50-60% of part A)
  • 1 min rest

 

 

CSPORT

A. 4 sets
20 sec superman hold
30 sec plank hold
10 sec rest

B. 5 rounds:
400m run
5 TGUs
10 ab wheels
15 Wall balls
20 lunges
25 DUs
*30 min cap
