CROSSFIT

S&P Cycle: squat – pull – press – pull – OFF

A. bar muscle-up practice 15 min

B. 3 rounds for time:

  • 30 KBS (53/35)
  • 50 yds bear crawl
  • 30 KB step ups (same KB – hold it anyhow,  above the waist)

A. 4 sets:

15 hollow rocks

C. 40-30-20-10:

Sit ups
