Power snatch friday

 

CROSSFIT

S&P cycle: squat – PULL – press – pull – off

A. weighted strict pullups: 3-5 reps x 5 sets

B. 5 rounds, each for time:
10 cal air bike
10 burpees
10 DB push press (50/35)
5 burpees

*rest 2-3 min bt rounds

 

CSPORT

A. 10 min clock
75/55 cal bike or row
AMRAP jump rope with time remaining.

B. 3 rounds;
15 bench press
15 russian twists per side
400m run

C. 3 rounds:
15 wall balls
15 GHD sit ups
