CSPORT

A. 1 min @ each x 4 rounds:
DB front squats
DB weighted step ups
Plank

B. AMRAP in 15 min
200m run
15 sit ups
500m c2 bike
20 OH weighted lunges

C. 3 sets:
10 ab wheels
15 side bends per side
30 flutter kicks
