In honor of our Masters athletes , we will pace them though this, and cheer them on. Today we take on Event 1

 

B – 3 rounds of time of:

15 deadlifts, 225 lb / 155

35 overhead squats, 75 lb. / 55

90 double-unders

Time cap: 15 minutes

ED – 185, 65!

 

CSPORT

A. 8 min
10 lateral band walks- each leg
10 glute bridges with band
10 Front raises with Plate

B. AMRAP in 15 min
50 Jump rope
25 Jumping CTB pull ups
10 Ball Slams
*at the start, and every 5 min, run 200m

C. 4 rounds:
10 Cals
10 2 arm DB ground to OH
10 Jack Knives
