S&P Cycle:  SQUAT – pull – press – pull – off

AMRAP in 20 min:

  • 5 pullups
  • 10 pushups
  • 15 squats

B. 8 min to find 1RM front squat for the day.

*rest exactly 10 min between A & B

  • 250m row
  • 25 situps
  • 15 ab wheels
