20 Minutes to find 1RM Back Squat

15 Minutes to find 1RM DL

10 Min to Find 1RM Bench Press

Dont want to lift? Take the Los Gatos Trail from the gym towards downtown, once you hit the fence at Miles Ave, Turn around and come back. 5K never hurt anyone…



A. 100 Wall balls for time:
* at the start, and every min = 5 push ups
10 min cap

B. 4 sets:
10 cals
15 curls
20 lunges, 10 per leg

400m run

C. 4 sets:
10 burpees
15 DB ground to OH (two arms)
20 sit ups

400m run

D. 4 sets:
10 Ab wheels
15 Pull ups
20 Tri ext.

400m run
