A.  jerk: 3 (75%) – 3 (75%) – 2 (85%)- 2 (85%) -1 (95%) -1 (95%); rest as needed

B.  21-15-9 rep rounds for time:

  • DB walking lunges (per leg, 40/25)
  • DB push press (40/25)
  • ring dips
