S&P Cycle:  squat – pull – press – PULL off

A. snatch + OHS: 1+1 EMOM for 12 min

B.  5 rounds for time:

  • 20 pullups
  • 20 burpees
  • 20 OH plate lunges (45/25)

 

 

CSPORT

A. EMOM x 10 min
odd:15 seated OH press
even: 12 no push up burpees

B. 1 round for time, or AMRAP in 30 min (whichever comes first)
100 sit ups
400m run
80 wall balls
400m run
60 KBS
400m run
40 JPU
400m run
20 ball slams
