S&P Cycle:  squat – PULL – press – pull – off

A.  deadlift: 3 TnG reps EMOM for 10 min

B. 7 rounds for time:

  • 8 HSPUs
  • 9 2-arm KB snatch (53/35 – like a swing, but pull straight up the body and punch through the top)

 

 

CSPORT

A. 3 sets:
15 thrusters
15 dips
15 rev lunges ea. side

400m run

B. 3 sets:
10 k2e
20 push ups
30 sit ups
