CROSSFIT

S&P Cycle: squat – PULL – press – pull – off

A. snatch grip DL + snatch + OHS: 1 + 1 + 1 x 4 sets; rest as needed

B. 100 pullups for time

  • every time you break, run 200m

*if you can’t consistently do sets of 10+,  just run after every 10 reps completed.
