CROSSFIT

A.  bench press: 5 x 8 @ ~ 75%; rest 3-4 min

B.  3 rounds for time:

  • 400m run
  • 20 box jumps (24/20)
  • 10 deadlifts (315/225)

 

 

CSPORT

A. 4 rounds for quality
5 supermans
10 mtn climbers
5 OHS w/PVC

B. 2 rounds of:
5 min on; 1 min off between couplets
reps: 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3…

box jumps
KB swings

ball slam
burpees

pullups
Wall Balls
