5 rounds:

  • 200m run
  • 10 box jumps (24/20)

4 rounds:

  • 15 cal airbike
  • 15 alt. one arm DB snatches (40/25)

3 rounds:

  • 75 double-unders
  • 10 HSPUs

2 rounds:

  • 20 cal row
  • 20 weighted situps (45/25)
