CROSSFIT

S&P Cycle: squat – PULL – press – pull – off

A.  1 squat clean & jerk EMOM for 15 min

B. 5 rounds for time:

  • 60yds sled push (135/75)
  • 15 pullups
  • 60 double-unders
  • 15 KBS (53/35)

 

 

CSPORT

A. Alternating TABATA x 8 rounds:
Renegade rows
DB ground to OH
Mtn climbers

B. AMRAP in 20 min
400m run or row
max UB reps push ups
max UB reps pull ups

C. 3 sets:
10 seated OH press
10 K2E
